Thanks everyone!  I think it is starting to soak in how much I need to do to get physically in much better shape than I am... at least I don't have weight to lose, just got to get the aerobics going.   

This is something that I would never have guessed would happen, not in this lifetime anyways.  Might have to do at least one scouting trip during bear season.
