The Lunchbox Laboratory in Bellevue is really good, but it's $15 for a burger and fries. A little excessive for my budget. We've been wanting to try Adam's in Monroe for a while now...now I've got a good reason.I love good food in general, but there's a soft spot in my heart for a good burger.
Making venison burgers tonight. Speaking of dry burgers: I think I need to start adding pork fat or raw bacon. Cooked bacon bits and cheese throughout doesn't seem to import the Greasy McFatface necessary to keep them moist like a real burger.Best burger I ever had in WA was at the Puyallup Fair, the Earthquake Burger. Known for being huge, it was also delicious. In the Southwest, we have In-and-Out. Always Fresh, never frozen.

(About 23% fat) It's worked for me for years, juicy but not unhealthy. Try a teriyaki marinade to really take it to the next level.
I'll add the Pitchwood in Raymond. EXCELLENT burgers.
