Unfortunately we have not seen him since that winter. We have not seen the 5X6 that was with him either.  Neither were old bucks. Dont know where they went.

That last buck looks pretty young with a great rack already. He will be a real stud if he makes it two or three more years.

I shot pics of this buck last year while a buddy was putting a stock on him, my buddy shot twice and missed both times right under the chest. He is 170+

This buck and the one above were found in the same draw a year apart, same deer or same genes?

With an inside spread credit of 23", the sheds from this buck score 173.

thats what most people think jdb.  A 170 buck is a damn fine trophy, especially in this state.  There are a few more running around in Montana, but Its still a good sized buck.
