Now was that a ram that you previously posted a picture of during your scouting trip?

Amazing ram right! When I think of a dream sheep that is what I see. You could not ask for a more perfect ram!
Congrats to the hunter.

There's something awesome about having great photos to go along with your trophy. Great work to all involved and congrats on a stud ram.

Some of Sam's scouting photos are from long distance so it's difficult to determine but I don't think so.  I searched for 3 days until we found him finally.  He has that distinctive chip but Sam did find a nice big ram with a chip similar but it was higher on the horn.  I got lots of live photos of him as we put him to bed on Monday for the next morning.  He moved on us and I finally located him one canyon over.  The rest is Sam's story to tell.

I don't know if some of you feel the same way I do but it was a lot of fun keeping up with this particular story from start to finish! Now it's hard to believe that we all have to wait another year to hopefully follow a great story like this one! Whoever is lucky enough to draw that tag next year will hopefully be a Hunt Washington member! With that being said... I hope that person will be as involved with posting pictures and sharing there dream hunt with us all! It truly keeps the dream alive in me to hopefully draw a tag in my lifetime! Only being 28 years old with 17 points I keep my fingers crossed! Thank you to all that were involved in that amazing adventure and your willingness to share!
