What are the gloves for pansy?

Well, this is a fine way to start my day.  The world's worst picture of me and being called a pansy!  :yike:

This is one of many incredible offers by H20. I nicer more, generous guy, would be hard to find.

My son, Grant, spent last summer with us while on break from pharmacy school in Birmingham, AL.  H20 was trying to get us out for a crabbing trip, but the timing wasn't right.  I had the privilege of helping collect crabs for the 2014 WH BBQ at FishStiq's house.

Grant is coming back out for a short visit in August and H20 has again offered to try to get him out on the water.

Thanks for everything you do for HW and service men/women.  I'll see you at Salmon for Soldier, if not before.

Now... Pansy?  :chuckle:

If H20 can't fit you in Carl send me a PM, I may be able to get you out.

Where do I sign up H20? I've been invited out on your boat.
I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I'm not!

Anytime, you are always welcome.

Hold one....quick edit....I believe it was your boat......and your guest (yeah you Goldeye) that tried to salmon bomb me! I believe I remember correctly getting a soaked and chewed on salmon carcass launched from your vessel into mine!

Ok. Knocked the dust off the boat this evening.  Two pots,  three short soaks, one limit. From legal up to a 7 plus inch beauty. Used chicken, rock fish leftovers,  and koke scraps. Threw back a 7 plus inch soft shell. Lots of males between 6 and 6 and a quarter. Two 9 my neighbors are having an evening crab snack at this very moment. Sent two home with the babysitter and shucked one for us. I've two pots baited heavy and soaking, karma gods are paid, extra bait thawed out.

I'd say we are ready for tomorrow.

Thats 7inches huh, your wife is fooled  :chuckle:
To hunt and butcher an animal is to recognize that meat is not some abstract form of protein that springs into existence tightly wrapped in cellophane and styrofoam.

Alrighty. Boat is put away. We lost a pot overnight to who knows what. Got our 15 just fine and dandy.  I'll let my friends post pics as I didn't take any!

I want to thank H2O for being kind enough to recognize my wife Sheryl and I for the open seat this morning.

some may recall from the past that in 2010, I almost lost my wife twice in one summer. In 2012, she elected to have gastric by-pass surgery. In the 25 26 years of marriage, she has allowed me to have my personal time or what I call Me Time.

After reading this thread and knowing she hasn't touched a pole or crabbing in over 35 years since her grandfather passed I felt that this is what she needed.  Sent PM to H2O and he was more than happy to take herself and I
out this morning.

The month of June was hard on her as her baby was graduating from school, our other daughter was getting married and her 4 grandchild is expected soon. Through all of this as well as putting up with me I knew she would enjoy the trip.

H2O not only provided everything for the trip, but even pulled all of the pots, baited hooks as well as a trip to the lady's room. It is a pleasure to called a friend of his as I to see a friendship.

Not only did we limit out while being one pot down, but she even got the chance to wet a line and haul in a nice rock fish.

With everything that she has gone through the last 20 years she is one of the strongest troopers in my mind and feels very grateful to you H20 for having the opportunity to meet and get to know a little about yourself.

Thanks again for the memories.

Hrd

Ken

It's been a good crabbing year!  Boat limits each time we have gone out in just a few pulls while only using 3 to 4 pots.
Cut em!
It's not the shells!  It's the shooter!

it was a great day. Having time to meet someone who can be called a friend. Sheryl was at first apprehensive seeing as how she didn't know him, but she got over that feeling quickly.

I've been trying for years to get more involved in the outside world as her world for the last 15 years was isolated to the house due to her past medical conditions. More and more she is coming out of her shell which makes us both happy.

Not yet, but I downed 2 yesterday for lunch and dinner to Sheryls one. Today the daughter and new son in law are on their way over for crab dinner after I get some work out of them :chuckle:
