It is the standard stock that comes on the Sendero's from Remington. I'm not sure who makes it.

The stock is a H.S.Precision. I have the same rifle but in the 7MM Rem. mag. They are real shooters.

Well, the UPS man brought me a present today at work. Hopefully I will be shooting within the next week.

Did you ever look to see if the factory trigger was adjustable or what the pull was. I've thought about switching mine but it feels really good as is. I've never checked the weight on it.

Mine has the new X-Mark in it, and my VTR with the X-Mark is not very consistent on what it breaks at. I was mainly just looking for an upgrade, and something that would remain consistent.

I haven't tried it, but the smith I took it to didn't have the right tools to do it. I read on another forum somwhere that you need to send it to a Remington authorized center...

I decided to weigh the Sendero today, and with the scope, sling and bipod it comes in right at 11.4lbs.

It is going to be a hunting gun. I just need to start lifting weights so I can pack it around all season.
