Those retards.  If it "doesn't work" then why are 10 gazillion people putting in for Desert A every year?  It's the only unit in the state that is managed for trophy mulies and look at the bucks that come out of there.  If they manage a few more units that way then the whole state wouldn't be trying to put in for one flippin' unit. >:(
Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon etc... all manage wildlife.  Washington manages hunters...

Right on! I have been saying that for a while now.....there comes a point where there are too many hunters to provide any quality at all without changing strategies. Throw in a bad winter.......or.......wolves......and were screwed.

You send in your money plus $20.00 for a bonus point, if you dont draw you get your money back minus the $20.00 and now have one point plus how ever many years you have done this.
The things that come to those who wait, may be the things left by those who got there first!

All nonresidents who are unsuccessful in the nonresident
combination license drawing are mailed a form that must be
returned if they wish to accumulate bonus points for special
deer and elk permits. If you did not receive this form and wish
to participate in the bonus point system, please contact FWP at
406-444-2950.

He's a great buck, but I don't know if he's 41".  I've seen a 40" buck, and he looked like a comic book character.
