thanks.  I have this uncanny nack for placing cams hoping to get elk and end up with tons of moose. Gotten two elk on cam in my life. Prob 100's of moose on cam.  Only thing I don't like is of all the moose I got pic of and of the 15-20 moose I've crossed pathes with this year I have seen only one calf about 3 years ago :dunno:

How was the meat for taste?
The taste was great, burger was the best I have ever had, but the steaks were tough but tasted great. If I have to do it again I would cook up a few steaks before I process the meat. I would have burgered and make roasts of the whole moose.
