With grilling season upon us, this is worth checking out. A wire in your guest's intestine would be painful!

Pulled a piece of wire brush out of my tongue once, like a sliver. It was awful.

I use a wadded up piece of Aluminum foil, works great and real cheap.

Great alternative! I've been buying those BBQ scrubber pads, but they don't last too long. Rust is my enemy. The BBQ is ceramic-coated but my smoker still has wire racks. Got a load of Jerky in now.
