22.r ammo
« on: June 24, 2015, 08:48:48 PM »
Must be getting easier to get.  Just left Sportsman in Fed.  Way and they had the biggest selection I've seen in a long time.  I stocked up pretty well.

Well that's good to hear. Don't shoot the stuff myself but I'll be sure to stock up when prices bottom out to commence gouging during the next panic  :IBCOOL:

At a gun show last weekend - one of the more prominent vendors advised there is a prediction the supply of 22 rimfire will be in a surplus soon.
With the around the clock manufacturing and the hording binge over they predict the stock pile to grow and a significant price drop.

One can only hope. keep your fingers crossed.

I believe that. I just can't wait until you can pick up a brick for under 20 dollars again.

Brick of 500 remingtons was $33 the other day at the Lewiston Sportsman's.  Bucket of 1400 was $99.

I doubt we will ever see that again, we have been conditioned to higher prices. They know we will pay it, so they will charge it.  :twocents:

Stopped at Bass Pro on the way to the hospital to see my wife. They had a variety of .22lr and .22wmr on the shelf at noon.

Actually the last brick of Blazer I picked up at Sportsmans a few weeks ago was $19.98

Puyallup Sportsmans Warehouse also has some, including the 1400 count buckets. Was there 90 minutes ago. Before long it won't be a problem to go shoot what you have and replace it.
