Where to buy Knight Bloodlines?
« on: July 16, 2015, 02:58:58 PM »
What shops in King/Snohomish county's sell Knight bloodline projectiles? I've been using powerbelt but haven't been happy with them and want to change it up. I've called a couple stores and no one I've found yet has them.

Do you have a Sportsmans WHSE??? but the best place might be to go online and search for them. Do NOT get them form Knight only as a last resort -> their shipping handling is way to high.  But if you search places like midway - midsouth - cabelas - Gamaliel - Grafs and son you will find them...

This isn't King or Snohomish counties, but in case others are looking for Bloodlines, I was at Sunbirds in Chehalis on Friday and they had a fair amount of Bloodlines in stock. Too bad I was looking for Barnes TEZ 290 grain, which I did find later that same day at Cabelas in Lacey.

I'm wondering where I can pick up some Triple 7? Sunbirds only had Pyrodex. Then when I was at Cabelas, I forgot to look for powder.   :bash:

But gunbot.net shows "back order" for Triple 7 at Cabelas. So I'm guessing they probably don't have it in stock at the Lacey location. I do have a 1 pound can to get sighted in with, and probably will be enough for hunting season, so I'm not too desperate. But I'd like to have another can on hand just in case.

I think Joe's next to Sears in Centralia has or at least had Triple 7.

There is no greater respect to have for wildlife than to harvest an animal fairly and use it's flesh to feed your family.  ~me

Shipping way cheaper than Knight from Amazon.

http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=knight+bloodline&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Aknight+bloodline

:yike:   Wow! It's sure not cheaper if you order the 10 pak! $4.00 per bullet!

Better buys can be had...

http://www.gamaliel.com/Knight/MMK900543_Knight_Bloodline_Bullet_50_275_20Pk.asp

What you really might want to do because of the limited availability of the Bloodline is to check out the Lehigh Defense site.  Lehigh is back making ML bullets again and there availability is on the web site.  They do not have the whole inventory built and up on the web site yet but as the summer progresses there will be more.

The new CF bullets are basically a new level of performance for ML shooters.  Shipping is a straight $5 for any amount of bullets.

I may go with the 300gr Hornady SST. I heard they are better than the power belts and are easy to find in stores. I will check out the Lehigh as well though.

I wouldn't use SSTs if you're hunting elk. But for deer they would be fine.

I will be hunting both. Why would you not recommend them for elk?

The 50 cal 300 gr is what I'm thinking.
