WSTA Summer Rendezvous
« on: July 19, 2015, 09:35:31 AM »
Thought I would post this because we failed to get this out to all licensed trappers this year.
If you are not a member we would still welcome you, just hope you would see what you are missing and join.

When: August 7, 8, 9
Where: Chelan County Fairgrounds in Cashmere
Camping available, full hook ups $18/night or tent camping $8/night
Admission $10, Kids free

We serve meals at reasonable prices, Friday night Potluck and Saturday Dinner are free.
Trapper Training starts 9:00 Saturday and we have demos going all day.
Hope to see you there.

Bruce , the trapper training on Saturday is the same as trapper education that I'd need to get a license correct?

Yes it is the same thing. I would encourage anyone taking the class to contact George Brady (509)923-2326 and let him know you are planning on taking the class.
I'm sure there will be room for you but it helps if George knows how many so he has enough manuals for everyone.

We serve breakfast 7:30 to 8:30 if you get there a little early. Class starts at 9:00

I think the gait will be open all night. There is plenty of room, just pick a spot. Drive safely, see you soon.

I thought the Rendezvous went pretty well. A few foul ups but overall it went fairly smooth. I hope everyone enjoyed themselves.
Let me know what you thought of it and where you think improvements could be made. Always looking to make it better.
