Mt Hull

Isn't Mt Hull where the sheep are?
There is a forest fire there.
Gathering is easy. Hunting is a challenge.

There's a ram and a ewe permit in the Mt. Hull area.
Look man, some times you just gotta roll the dice

Would sure like to confirm this or not, anyone else seen or heard of this fire?

LITTLEBUCK...
There is a fire currently burning on Mt Hull, named the Wild Horse Fire, located NW of Summit Lake.  I can't provide acreage or % of containment.  There still are bomber(s) and helicopter(s) on it.  On the positive side, there is a lot less smoke today than yesterday and at the moment there is very little wind... at least here at the house.  IMO, it looks like it should be close to being controlled.

Thanks for the update Papaonthemountain . Had one of the neighbors call this morning and let us know about it. Sounded like the wind was helping (our side of the cause) blowing to the north as opposed to our way. Summit lake is a short distance from our place as fires go but we are hoping for the best. We put down 20 yds of gravel and 8 yds of cement in June when we were over hoping that will save the cabin if the place burns again.
I will be in touch as fall approaches and we are over that way more often.

Thanks papaonthemountain, keep that wind going to the north. I was worried about birdguy's cabin. So far sounds good.

Anybody have an update on this??  Birdguy and his friends and family have worked hard over the past few years rebuilding the cabin from the last one. As stated, he has a pretty good firebreak around the place now and friends like papa keeping an eye out.
