Best hunting sticks or bi-pod western wa deer hunting

I need to purchase some sticks or a bi-pod for my 243 for deer hunting-  which ones are the best? Will be carrying them probably  -- so need to be light.
I've not rifle hunted much , usually  hunt archery, so not really sure what to be looking for.

Primos trigger sticks are nice. Make a good walking stick. Only draw back is hollow aluminum is noisey when you bump them on things.

I have Magnum Steady Sticks, they are light and fold up pretty compact for portability.  Very happy with them.  Also have a Bog Pod for back up in case.

You may not need any. Up to at least 50 yards you should be fine shooting offhand. Sitting or kneeling can extend your distance to at least 100 yards. If you plan to shoot further, I like the Bog  Pod. For extreme distances over 200 to 250 yards an integral bipod is handy but tough to use in Western Washington because of undergrowth.

Even for short distances shooting sticks are very very nice so I gotta respectfully counter this advice....obviously there's times you cant use them but I've found them very handy on lots of shots in the 100 and under range

I prefer the stony point rapid pivot systems...i think primos owns them now and no longer make the version I prefer..but it's the break down sticks with that quick disconnect...I'm good to 700 in a sitting down position

 any type that actually attaches to the rifle fast  and is convenient enough to always have handy is what you're after

The trigger stick is nice but pretty heavy....it works well with a spotting scope tho so it's multi function adds points..works great when I don't have to pack the rifle

How weird, I was just talking with a friend about this subject.  My cousin used the trigger stick on his hunt last year, and was on uneven steep ground, they seemed to work real well.  The tripod is 119.00 on amazon, bipod is around 89.00.  Having a tri or bi pod can make a huge difference sometimes, I carry at least cheap one's when I hunt.  I have some cabela's tripod but it takes a while to set up and in a hurry that sucks.  The trigger stick is very fast and convenient. Just try not to smack it on anything.

Trigger stick  , I like my extreme bypod too . You can  use a camera tripod too works  great . If I'm packing a spotter I have my bipod on the rifle and the camera tripod even standing up the tripods go high enough and I'm 6,2.
