Unless the firearm owner is with you while hunting, renting or loaning would constitute the illegal transfer of a firearm in WA.Isn't that still the law??
Also I don't see anything where the OP mentions about going with an outfitter.All that said, I've never heard of anywhere where you can rent a rifle for hunting. Borrowing one from someone will be tough. I wouldn't loan any of my rifles to anyone I didn't know for multiple reasons. No offense intended.
