1 gallon freezer zip lock bag, plus I started using a rubber band to help keep the bag nice and tight around the shafts. Worked well for me.

I have been using a side-stalker quiver that covers the fletching, I also use Camp-Dry on all my gear, light spray coats.
What is fun is my string silencers spraying my face upon release...
You only let that happen once!

I use Canada goose feathers, naturally waterproof. I also have a safari tuff Arrowmaster with the hood. Best quiver ever designed for foul weather.

Mini cat quiver. The fletches stay up under the hood.

Something like fletch-dri goes on the feathers and a cover goes over that. Works great.
