We had a great time , frustrating at times but fun . Learned a lot that will help in the late archery seasons in the future . We also learned there are a ton of predators , deer season may be over but hunting season is far from over .

Frustrating and fun....sounds like BT hunting! That tag just may be the hardest one in the state to do "justice" to.

Nice job on giving it your all and then some. You didn't settle for a forked horn and you have my respect for that.    You can always look back and say you you set some high goals and hunted hard to make it happen!

This year has been a good reminder that an awesome tag doesn't necessarily equate to success - easy or otherwise.  I am happy you were able to spend so much time with the hunt for a real bruiser blacktail.  The time spent on the hunt tells me you guys "did the tag justice"
