Northwest Run Archery Classic 2015 is Sunday!  I hope you are as excited as I am!  This is a truly fun and unique event in a spectacular location, and I am really happy to be directing it for the second year.  If you are not already signed up, there are a few more days to do so on line at www.nwrunarcheryclassic.com.

I will be posting a heat schedule on the website by Wednesday, so please check and make sure that you arrive in plenty of time for your heat.  Heats move rather quickly, and are exciting to watch, so please plan on bringing family and friends to join in the fun and plan on watching some other heats while you are waiting to participate.

If you are bringing family along, please let me know if they'd like to volunteer!  I really need the help and have lots of jobs for people to do.  You can also bring along a friend or two to participate; we'll open Day of Race Registration at 7:00am.

If you are registered for a competitive heat, please make sure to mark your arrows!  This is the only way that we can get them back to you once your heat is over.  Also, please be prepared with nine arrows, as there is no arrow retrieval until the completion of the heat.  At the beginning of each heat, participants will place nine arrows at their lane, and shoot three at each shooting session.

If you are registered for a novice heat, Bill Stinson will be on hand to get you set up with a bow prior to your heat.  You are welcome to use your own bow if you would like.  I have arrows for everyone!

Bare Bones BBQ will be there again this year, as will Cabela's.  Please like the FB page for further updates; you can find it on Facebook at  Northwest Run-Archery Classic.

See you on Sunday!  Let me know if you have any questions!

Wish I had heard about this sooner.  I will be putting it on the schedule for next year.  Be a good follow up to train to hunt.

How about you?  Tougher than you thought?
