I know this is old...
Are 49 degrees north and Selkirk the top units?

I’m thinking of changing my name to…Not Selected… I would love to worry whether the two units I applied for was going to produce a big antlered bull. But I’m sure my time will come and there will moose all over the place…big antlered ones. Fortunately I have a very good buddy who lives in “area” and gives me up to season reports.  Like has been said the best unit is the one you get selected for. Good Luck to all…Not Selected 19 years.

Wolves have made it tough for moose in pretty much all the units.

The best moose unit is the one you draw.  Then do whatever it takes to find and get your bull.  Days per kill are significantly higher now then they traditionally have been.

I agree any unit, any tag is a good one.
Yup ,not what is was 15 years ago ,when this topic was started.
Big bulls in every unit, just finding them ,right place, right time.
Wolves are a moose problem, for sure
