LA City Council Votes Unanimously for Hi-Cap Mag Ban
« on: August 03, 2015, 02:10:55 PM »
The mayor is expected to sign it. This makes illegal any mag over 10 rounds for any firearm and with nothing grandfathered!  :bash:

People who chose to live there deserve what they get.

If things don't change other states will be saying the same about Washington.  :twocents:  :yike:

What about people who are forced to live or move there because of jobs and/or family issues. I normally agree with your sentiment but someone who has to go to provide for their family is forced to give up their rights. That's why the 10th Amendment isn't supposed to supercede any of the preceding 9 amendments.

I think all this does is tighten state law by getting rid of the grandfather clause from state law.  CA already has a 10 rd limit (among a whole bunch of other things)
What's the most dangerous thing said in the US Navy? -- A Chief Petty Officer saying "Watch this s$%^!!"

"I can imagine no more rewarding a career. And any man who may be asked in this century what he did to make his life worthwhile, I think can respond with a good deal of pride and satisfaction: 'I served in the United States Navy.'"

Nothing grandfathered, looks like all the gang bangers will be turning in their hi-cap mags now.

As long as they don't move to Arizona or Wyoming (my fallback state)  :tung:

Some of those God fearing states are passing preemption laws to try to head off the exodus of Kalifornia locusts. Locusts find a crop, consume and destroy, and then move onto the next crop. lets apply some pesticide before they get here.

"When my bow falls, so shall the world. When me heart ceases to pump blood to my body, it will all come crashing down. As a hunter, we are bound by duty, nay, bound by our very soul to this world. When a hunter dies we feel it, we sense it, and the world trembles with sorrow. When I die, so shall the world, from the shock of loosing such a great part of ones soul." Ezekiel, Okeanos Hunter
