Had a Black Lab growing up. My parents had to put her down just the other day  :'( But she was about 12 years old. Her name was S.A.L. My mom always said it was short for Sally, but we all knew she said that to avoid explaining the real name :chuckle:. We adopted her from my cousin. Her ex-boyfriend had named her S.A.L. for a specific reason . . . he said she was a Stinkin' A$$ Licker.  :chuckle: :chuckle:

My Daddy's 4 year old Chocolate Lab is Coco.

My 7 month old Yellow Lab is Bayla.

Here is a picture.
From left to right: Bayla 4 months, Coco 4 years, and S.A.L. 12 years.
All the most wonderful dogs.  :) My dad [smdave] took this picture in October.

Yellow lab = Gunner, Black lab=Gage, Boxer=Timber
A hunt based only on trophies taken falls far short of what the ultimate goal should be, time to commune with your inner soul as you share the outdoors with the birds, the animals, and fish that live there”.- Fred bear

The pup looks like "Boomer" would fit him.

Other possible names:  Harley, Rebel, Bronco, Duke, Mack, or Remmy (short for Remington)
May I always be the kind of person my dog thinks I am.

I had a White Lab back in the 90s, I ask the Kids to name him, the 6 year old comes up with Cattail Mako, He then explained that the Mako Shark is cousin to the Great White so that's what we named him, and yes he did live up to his name. I'm a strange Guy I like my Dogs name to be different.

Golden Retriever was named Lunchbox, because as a puppy he ate a 10 pound bag of dog food.

Blue tick I have now is named Seymour, he showed up in the yard one day and was playing with my other dog, and there fore I seemore than one dog when I got home ,and that is how he got his name.

So have fun picking out a name..
