Mine works great. It's no Cuddeback, but I knew that when I bought it.

For the price you can't beat them. I have one now and I'm buying two more this summer. Easy to use and set up. The only down fall if I had to pick one would be the bungy cord hanging system. You have to find the perfect size tree. I made a board that I attatch to the tree with a ratchet strap and then attatch the camera to the board with the 2 small bungies that came with the camera. Also do not use cheap batteries. You need to use Duracell or Energizer batteries for faster response time.

Worth every penny.  Go into it knowing you're spending less than $100, and expect less than perfection.  if you set up along trails and not perpendicular to trails, you'll get lots of great shots.  Here are a few examples of what to expect for quality.  I love mine and use it for learning new spots where I don't want my homebrew cams.  I made a 1/8" cable lock for it and though that is not going to stop anyone, it's better than bungee cords.  I get a couple months of battery life cranking 80-200 pics per week.
