Retired Person Looking For a Coyote Hunting Partner
« on: August 08, 2015, 02:16:33 PM »
I am looking for a hunting partner to do some coyote hunting this coming winter. .I don't drink, smoke etc, just an old guy who likes to hunt.I don't like hunts that require 5 mile hikes. I am planning a couple trips to the Yakima Army Training Center in December to coyote hunt. I am retired and available most anytime if I can get a kitchen pass. If you are like minded feel free to contact me via email at candlspecial@aol.com I live on South Hill Puyallup

I work a lot but hunt all year for coyotes.  I live in Lacey and hunt usually Thurston, Lewis county.  I am always up to go out with anyone.  Good luck.  and yes I turn 50 next week.  I don't feel it but am concerned about getting injured hunting alone.  I was fly fishing up on the Cahalwa river and fell injuring my ankle it was a grueling 1 hr 45 minutes crossing the river and limping back and scooting up a hill.  Bought a cell phone after that one.

Count me in - keep trying to get out - but just never can get my old hunting partner to go - even spent big bucks on an electronic call. Not retired (55 yrs) - but have lots of vacation days saved up - let's set something up. Have 4x4 truck, winch, calls - ready to go - no smoking or drinking, all legal ethical only - don't mind hiking just not straight up and down. I live near the red wind casino.

Active duty guy here (27) currently live in the Kitsap area trying to get back into yote hunting, only did it a little as a younger kid. If anyone would allow me to tag along that would be awesome :)
I can chip in for gas or whatever is needed. Obviously i'd be willing to travel down there to meet up. Currently using a AR (5.56) for small game stuff (my main weapon is my bow) only using Iron sights but can ping tire sized target #300yds.

Even if it's just to tag along and see the ropes i would appreciate it. Hope to find someone

Hello.   This thread is excactly what I have been looking for in regards to hunting coyote.   I have been reading up and watching shows regarding coyote hunting, and would love the opportunity to learn and be an asset for coyote hunting. I Am a 43 year old male that is interested in coyote hunting or any hunting for that matter in the south sound area.  I only get a few opertunites  to hunt a year and it's in the Spokane area so would enjoy the opportunity to hunt and learn from others. I live in Steilacoom and am willing to travel.   I am an ethical hunter, non drinker, non smoker that enjoys being in the woods and am not focused on just shooting and getting shots.  I have never been coyote hunting but have been hunting my whole life and am a veteran so I am very versed in Hunting safety and the importance of taking only ethical shots.   I enjoy the comardere of hunting and am here to help and learn from others during hunting.  I am easy going and not focused on just trigger time.  I would love to learn how to coyote hunt and find people to enjoy the hunting experience with.   For any of you would consider me for hunting please text me at 253-380-3488.   Thanks Doug.

I've never done coyote before so I don't offer any experience, but I'm up for anything. I'm a young guy and can handle my own in the outdoors. I have an '06 but I can reload my own so if you tell me 150 or 125gr or whatever I can make some of those appropriate for coyote
