Highcountry archery mule deer hunting in Idaho...what units fit the bill?

Hey guys, I am starting my research for a out of state highcountry archery mule deer hunt and I like the OTC status of a lot of Idaho...however I want to narrow down the good units that would offer good bucks and a good backcountry experience. not looking for a honey whole just looking for units. I know the wolves have really put a hurt on elk in the recent years but curious on the mule deer health? thanks all! I am just trying to learn other states and the opportunities they provide.
