I recommend the Icon Pro series. You will want the 7200 for a 10-day trip. I use the 7200 to pack in and convert to the 1800 bag for day hunts out of camp. Most comfortable pack I've used and I've used a lot of them.
The bag is actually 2000ci larger on the 7200. All the bags can expand off the frame to put meat/dry bag in between the frame and bag.
I'm not a load shelf guy personally. When you put meat between the frame and bag, then your gear load in your bag is a long ways from your body. This is how the term, monkey on your back came from I think. Also, it looks to me like when you meat shelf a load, you lose the function of your load lifters (one of the most important features of a heavy hauler). I could be wrong though. I have played with and worn the icon pro's but never hauled with them. I would just plan on hauling gear and meat in the pack itself. A 7200 bag will fit it all.
Will the ultra 6000 pack carry weight as well as the pro icon? At 5'6''and 142lb the pro icon 7200will be too big for me and the 5200 too small. Plan to use it for backpacking also.

I have yet to hear anything bad about these packs. I have a ton of Kuiu clothing, I have been impressed with everything I have bought from them so far.
