Son's first deer '08
« on: January 11, 2009, 07:57:51 PM »
Okay I am moving to the next step in my huntwashington career and will try to post my first pic all by myself. If nothing shows up sorry will try again. THe pic I am trying to post is of my boy who passed hunter ed this last spring and finally got to officially hunt this fall. He has been following me around since he could walk and has gotten hunting in his blood now for good. He says now that he got the first one out of the way he can trophy hunt next year. The pic says it all it was a sweet moment. nwhunter

First deer is like your first tail.  Will remember it forever down to every little detail!!!!!!  Nothing better...well excluding the tail thing.

He was stoked and wanted to try his hand and dragging it to the road too. He though it was pretty big bodied for a blacktail spike! Fun times.

Awesome job. Definitely something to remember. Looks just like my first buck. These pics made me have a flashback to '86. Thanks for sharing.
