Buy a cheap donor gun and then give it to Grizz Precision to rebarrel. There are very few factory guns out there worth owning right now. Companies want too much for too little compared to just having what you really want built by a shop. :twocents:

I have a Tikka t-3 Lite stainless chambered in .300 win. mag.  I topped it with a Leupold VX-3 3.5-10 scope and I use it as my "go to" elk rifle.  It's easy to carry, tough and accurate.  If you go with the Tikka, you may want to replace the stock recoil pad with a Limbsaver pad.  Good luck with your choice!

Well I bought a Remington model 700 sps stainless 300 win mag today...
I held a tikka... Not a fan
I held a savage... Doesn't fit me right
I held a Winchester model 70... I hate the safety

Picked up the sps and knew right away I wanted it.  Can't wait to start throwing some lead!
