Bullblaster told me Thursday. Not sure how he got that info but he is up on it better than me..  Haha

Wrong on that 1 it plainly says tags not drawn in the 2nd draw will be sold 1st come 1st served on August 25th. As far as I know there is no deadline to purchase tags drawn in the 2nd draw. I wrote word for word what the regs say on page 108

Ok your prolly right on the drawn tags in second draw I'm not sure. I just assumed it meant tags not sold. But now read it as drawn. So the second draw tags never go first come first serve?
Results should post today or tomorrow. On the site it says they are processing now.
