lake terrell

i was thinking about heading up to lake terrell and trying my luck up there this weekend. anyone been up there lately or know if there has been alot of movement or not?

I went up their yesterday and just looked around.  Didn't see much flying.  Talked to one guy that had shot a mallard first thing in the morning.  There are still a lot of flooded fields with not much weather to push them around.

last time I went to terrell was about 4 weeks ago, 3 inches of ice and frozen solid, it was during the cold snap though don't know what it's like now, we went from the launch by the finger broke ice all the way to the island, dekes froze solid into the lake.

Needless to say haven't went back.
