Graham falls under unincorporated Pierce county bows are legal in all areas. As mentioned above they do have firearm restricted areas. The only place a bow cant be fired is in parks.

Your in GMU 652 has any deer Sept 1st - 30th and late season Nov 25th - Dec 31st also any deer so you'll be alright then. But once hunting season start deer's habits change so you might find that once the time comes they don't come around anymore.
