Threadlocker for Scope Rings

Just got a new Savage 111 Trophy Hunter XP in 300 WM with Nikon prostaff scope. I kinda don't trust those aluminum rings that came with it and wanna put some threadlocker on the screws to make sure they don't get loose. I know a lot of people are using Loctite Blue for it, but I was wondering if any non-permanent medium strengths threadlocker would work on it.

Those rings are aluminum rings that came with the gun and I have heard a few people complaining about those rings getting loose and plus it's 300 Win Mag, so there's gonna be a lotta vibration.

I still put a drop of finger nail polish on my Seekins rings.

Never bur lock tight on rings, Just get a torque wrench for them and go

I use blue loc-tite on all my rings...

Wheeler torque driver with a drop of nail polish clean and free of any oils. I didn't use it in till my buddies 300 loosened up

I have that same gun and scope and rings and just made sure they were tightened properly and ive not had an issue in 6 years

There are better rings you can buy for cheap that are of better quality replacing what you have is the first thing I would do.
and yes any medium or light strength thread locker will work. blue or purple and you only need a drop.
