Got this guy last night was a mercy kill. Could stand to see him walk around with the trash on his face anymore.

Game department will refund u by giving u a new tag and take the deer because of those tumors so they cant study it...

They told my dad that if they didn't protrude through the skin into to meat they were safe for consumption. This was a few years ago. I skinned out part of the face and they don't come through so I wasn't even going call them.

Well I have my multi season so if he would have been normal I would have passed just to spend more time in the field.

Might be worth a call, couldn't hurt anyways in my book.  A biologist will tell you if you meat is safe, and you might get another tag.  Still a nice buck, good luck with your decision!
