There were a lot of bucks moving around in the NE with the weather.  I bet we will see more from the weekend as people get home and cleaned up.

Got this guy last night was a mercy kill. Could stand to see him walk around with the trash on his face anymore.

Mercy kill? That's a nice buck, well done 6haase.
Well I have my multi season so if he would have been normal I would have passed just to spend more time in the field.

Had the same thing on a buck my dad shot. I called the WDFW and they came out and took a look. Said they are "Cattle Warts" and are not harmful to the meat at all. They would not have given your tag back.

I have seen tumors inside the body though on a buck my buddy's mom shot and they gave he tag back. Let her keep the rack too! My wife was not so lucky when she shot a nasty buck they gave us the option to surrender the deer and get our tag back or keep the rack and burn the tag. We chose to get the tag back and we went out and shot another buck that night. It was cool she got to shoot 2 bucks in one day legally.

Here is that thread. It was a nasty buck.
