Passed on a few small blacktail bucks here at home and ended up hunting Idaho during the same time as late buck here.

This year I shot the biggest buck of my life and my son shot his first. His is a really nice 3 point. Mine has 7" bases and weighed 190+ hanging at the butcher shop.
