So when do Pope's "No Access/Fire Danger" Signs Come Down?

Since it's been raining for a week, I'm wondering when (if?) Pope is going to take down those clever "No Public Access - Extreme Fire Danger" signs at all the gates. Are they waiting for them to wash away?

I would guess a combination of enough people asking and foresters thinking rain will be likely enough in the long term forecast such that the area doesn't get dry enough to put signs up again.  The impression I get from the office staff is they would rather not even be bothered by anyone.

 This is the type that have zero respect for our properties and make it difficult for land owners to give access to anyone.

Actually very often the signs don't get pulled when private timberland is opened back up for public access, so it COULD be okay to walk past the signs. You just need to be  sure the land is actually open. I've seen Weyerhaeuser's "extreme fire danger" signs still up in December.

National Park still has signs saying no firearms and that law changed in 2010.

I had no luck getting an answer from Pope so thought I'd ask here. Instead of an answer I got a bunch of angry BS.

Those signs are STILL up, despite the local fire department LED sign flashing "burn ban off" and "OK to burn" for weeks now.

Instead of just giving them tax breaks, let's just send our cash directly to the timber companies. Oh, wait...many of us do that, too!

Why kid ourselves? As outdoorsmen and women, we are paying in hugely and getting screwed from every angle, more every year.

It's probably open for hunting, they just forgot to take the signs down. I've seen that happen on Weyerhaeuser land in the past. Just go hunt it!
