If it's that tough for a 4 wheeler to get around... think how hard it is for the deer.

probably a safe assumption that the deer are not there to shed with all that snow.
lower elevation, maybe without the 4 wheeler?

Shouldn't folks be waiting a bit to keep as much pressure off the game right now...especially from a motorized vehicle? I thought that this has been discussed a ton...?  :dunno:

Sheds are nice....but not that important.

EXACTLY.  Thats why I am on my computer this morning on my day off Ice.  In the old days I would already be on the mountain. I might go try to shoot some animals from afar but might be impossible with this fog.

well where im going is over run by snowmobiles all winter long so the only thing im trying to scare is them.... and at half the speed of smell with a quiet muffler i dont think i will frighten anything.... If i wait even one more weekend the guys that use there trained dogs will be up there and im pretty sure the dogs might scare more off than me... so hopefully they will see my 4wheeler tracks and my snowshoe prints and just give up... prolly not though
