Cold winters appear to have expanded their range in Michigan
« on: September 17, 2015, 09:01:28 AM »
Nothing like an ice bridge...There have been rumors, but now evidence proof positive. Given the out of control white tail numbers in the LP one can only imagine what is to come.

I'm surprised there isn't a mention of CNW having a few cameras on those wolves also.

There have been reports that they were in the LP for some years now. A sighting here, a sighting there. I suspect the last couple of cold winters, particularly the one a couple years back that froze the lakes solid made for a nice land bridge for wolves in the UP to come down.
