Hard to tell. First thought was porcupine but could be a wolverine for all I know

I'm 99% sure it's mountain beaver after zooming in.  You can make out its eyes looking at the camera, and it's ears.

I've never seen a mountain beaver.  Are they pretty prevalant on the west side?  Had to look them up to learn more about them....

It looks bigger then mountain beaver to me. Are there any in curlew?  I haven't seen any.
 wolverine, skunk, pig and badger kind of.
miniature Musk Ox & dog / hog for sure.
A couple picture for size comparison.
