I'm glad I work/live in an area where the majority of the people hunt or believe in hunting.  I would hate to hide the fact that I enjoy my time in the woods observing all nature has to offer.  All of modern rifle elk will spent in the woods.

Two of the guys in our deer camp stay up there the whole month of September.... Now that's pretty crazy in my opinion.

Originally we had only two hunters that worked at our company but over the years the disease has spread and we have 5 now and more signing on each year. The site we work out seems to embrace it somewhat we actually have had daily fishing derby's on who can limit out or who catches the biggest fish.

The hardest part is being away from the family sounds corny but since we had the kids I have only been taking a week off. My wife and I think the kids are going to be old enough next year to go out so she is getting her Hunters Ed done this year so we can all go out and hunt next year. This was the first year both kids were able to see a dead animal and it didn't bother either of them. My son is 3 and my daughter is 5 both cant wait to get into the woods.
