I heard another bull was killed out of kapowsin, but haven't seen any pics.
It's a pretty good bull also. Friends with both of the guys that drew the tag.

Leave it be? Why?  I messaged the hunter privately and he expressed interest in having his story in a magazine. What are you honestly worried someone from out of state might come and shoot your trophy?  Some of you are ridiculous.  I merely suggested this to him. Jake and his elk make the cover, he ends up with a pair of swaro bios for the story. All these people are crazy to think we are going to see an in flux of trophy hunters taking "your tags"? Get real. I'm trying to help a fellow Washington hunter capitalize on his success.
I sent a message to the young man that harvested this bull. It deserves to be on the cover of a magazine! I also sent a Private message to Ryan Hatfield  (editor of Elk Hunter and Western Hunter Magazine ) and in less than a minute he replied saying he was Very Interested in the Story. Hopefully Jake is rewarded with a sweet magazine cover story!
Dude leave it be

Ryan did a real nice job on my bull in Elk Hunter. Tough enough job competing with older established magazines.
Thanks again Ryan if you are reading this. "Once in a lifetime"

I'd love to have that bull on the front cover for a pair of Swarovski's, I would surly do it.  The area is private and you need to buy a yearly pass for 375.0 (currently) to even have a 6 in 1,200 chance (when they sell out).  And you have to do your homework to find bulls like that, I've hunted the property for deer for years and never saw a bull that big.  Publishing the bull won't hurt anyone's hunting.  I hope he wins the bino's, that would be great.  He also should travel with the sportsman's show when it comes around, doesn't the winner of the antler contest win a quad???
