What a night!!!!

I did not get my first elk for the early season.  My hunting partner did at last light last night.  Way to go Paul!! I will leave the story and picture to him.  I was a great 24 hours from field dressing to butchering.  What a night but a great sense of accomplishment to harvest an animal and process from beginning to end.  Would not trade it for the world.  On to the late season now for my elk.

What a great experience! That's great that at least one person in your camp got one, and you got to get your hands on one. That's more than a lot of people can say. Good luck late season.
