Unit 43 Idaho mule deer.

My 10 year old son and I are going mule deer hunting in Idaho, Unit 43. Any information would be appreciated.

I just returned from 43. Archery Elk. You will need either a quad or horses to get around to find animals. I hiked and climbed mountains for 3 days and the further I went the more animals I saw. NF 227 was cut off, 5 miles east of the baumgartner campground. PM me if you have other questions.
