Look what we found roaming around lick creek unit! They must of planted them somewhere? I've hunted the unit for 5 years now and have hunted/glassed this same ridge hundreds of times. Made my day! Course I hold them high on a pedastal!

They've probably been there as I've come to find them in places I never knew they were either. They hide very well on cliffs and can disappear in a heartbeat. New appreciation for such a majestic amimal

You sure it's not a polar bear ha-ha. We saw one out in mayview gmu a few years back and I know of a resident one down by Lyons ferry.

I have video of two billies from 2006 on an old camera. Tape style. I've been told they came up from Oregon. Awesome sight.

Very cool spot. I spend lots of time in that area. I would be super excited to spot that as well. I read that Oregon DFW planted a bunch of goats in the blues somewhere in the Wenaha Tucannon Wilderness I think it was about 2009.

Saw two while doing a mountain bike ride up the Asotin Creek trail about 4 years ago, was very surprised. I knew the bighorns were in there, but the goats were a nice find. Also saw one about two years ago on the south side of Mt Misery after leaving the trail (stupid idea, stupid steep). Weird how these different critters pop up where you least expect them to.

Very cool. I didn't know they were in the LC unit. I saw a nice Billy this summer in the Oregon Butte district.

I've been hunting Lickcreek for over 40 years, the one on Misery is the only one I have ever seen after the summer. The Asotin Creek Trail pair were in early May and down lower than I would have ever expected.
