That's a lot of blood from skinning out a mole rasbo gave you.

I'll start off with thanking the boss (wife) for putting up with me for last couple of months as I searched far and wide for "The 1". She put up with a lot, time, money, weekends, weekdays while I spent countless hours hiking and glassing.
She almost lost faith that I was going to ever fill the tag as the deadline fast approached I was still coming home with nothing. Her Exact Words, "close, Wasn't Close enough" "almost, Doesn't Mean anything" "pictures, Can't Eat pics, Put The camera Down AND Do It already"...

My 1st scouting trip was great as I had my youngest son with me and we hiked in and he was being a trooper. We put glass on a really nice Billy from about 1000yds out. We hit a goat trail to the bottom and decided to come up below him to get a better look. We got about 250yds below him and could see he was a real stud.
We ended up heading back for the truck as darkness was fast approaching and I didn't want to risk injury to him given the terrain. I came back several times throughout the coming weeks to find the peaks of this valley held many goats and in different terrain, from gradual slopes to straight vertical rock faces.
