Advocare is good, but the price is horrendous. Any supplement with 3-5g of BCAA's and 150-200mg of caffeine will perk you up and fuel your muscles. For recovery at night take another 3-5g BCAA's and 5g glutamine mixed in with a Gatorade or Gatorade powder.  Combined with a daily vitamin you'll be good to go and avoid cramping reduce muscle fatigue. All of which can be found on bodybuilding.com for super cheap.

Katadyn hiker pro + 2 Nalgene bottles and a fist full of zippfizz are in my pack.   I stay well hydrated and jitter free.

got tired of the bladders and tubes

Also I gotta eat fiber so I'll eat oat bars of some sort with the cheese and meat.

V8 is pretty good actually.  And then there are those old people drinks--Insure?--small cans with lots of vitamins.  Drink that stuff before going to sleep and wake up great.  The guy that turned me on to the Insure, said from his experience being a bar/club/party monster, that he didn't start waking up hangover free ready for duty after a night of heavy drinking until using those.   :dunno:
