Turkey question.
« on: August 23, 2015, 07:51:49 PM »
So I read up a little on Turnbull National Wildlife Refuge on turkey population, didn't find much. So I just would like to know if any one has hunted turkeys on the refuge? I want to go do some scouting over there but also don't want it to be a waist of time do to how far I live. I go hunting up in the N.E. part of Washington but was trying to get a little closer drive. Any help would be great......

A. There is a much smaller turkey population south of Spokane.

B. I'm not sure you can hunt Turnbull
Be more concerned with your character than your reputation. Your character is who you actually are while your reputation is merely who others think you are.

Might want to contact the columbia plateau wildlife managent association about hunting on there lands for turkey. Haven't seen many there. Up north would be more productive IMO

There is something just indescribably painful about being stuck behind a prius on the interstate.
