Stolen 2011 SX-F KTM dirt bike
« on: September 30, 2015, 11:23:05 AM »
Long shot but keep your eyes out for this 2011 SX-F w/ a kick starter.

Ripped off sometime last night from my place in Magnolia. Two locks were cut and and likely wheeled it right out of my place.

VIN# VBKMXL435BM151462.

350 SX-F with after market kick starter... semi-rare.

Good to know.  Ill keep an eye open on the eastside.  Not sure what those idiots plan on doing with it, but it will probably be a track bike or parts before to long.

years ago, had a RMX stolen out of the bed of the truck at my girlfriends house. in lynnhood.
almost exactly a year later, got a call by the cops in Florence OR. they found my bike, some knuckle head was riding it and tried to convert it over to a motocross bike. dude got got for riding with out tabs, and when the officer asked the rider to read off the VIN he read it off wrong and it came up stolen from the east coast so the officer read it himself and came up missing to me...

any other features that could set it your bike off from the others?
ill keep my eyes peeled
I read it on the internet, its gotta be real

Thanks. I'm not expecting any miracles but you never know. I suspect whomever ripped it was casing my place and also tried to get my DRZ which the KTM was double locked to (triple clamp and frame to frame) but the DRZ has a handlebar lock.

Not really any unique features besides the kick starter on the SX-F. The plastics could easily be changed from the new 2013 you see but Cycra camo handguards and a Renthal orange rear 51 tooth sprocket are about it.

I've uploaded a few more pics taken a month or two ago.

Thanks all!

Those hand guards were only made a limited time, I have the same ones.  Keep an eye open in the parts section.  If the guy knows anything about bikes, the RG3 suspension could end up for sale.

Yeah, I had the suspension redone by Evo so it's set up for a big guy (6'3" / 260lbs). I don't imagine someone would steal that bike and be foolish enough to post it as-is on CL... but I hope so! I'd rather see him riding it.
