So i shot this buck this year and i was just wondering what a border line pope and young blacktail looks like?

Nice buck! Here is my P&Y blacktail that would be considered a borderline book buck. It net scored 98 6/8.

Beautiful deer! I bet he comes real close to making the book. I think the minimum score is 95?

Good looking buck. 

I wouldn't know, I do my best to ignore any numerical score attached to game animals.  Any mature blacktail buck is a trophy in my book.
