Miss something 

Looking over the big game regs. I wanted to know how much time is between the last hunter in my GMU 578. Till my special permit starts for deer. The only thing I have found was an early archery Sept 1-30. Hard for me to believe there has been no deer hunting since Sept. Could this be an over sight with the WDFW a type O. Or have they shut it down till late season permits.

578 is open for modern deer until the 31st then it opens for modern elk on the 7th of November,  It is also open for bear until November 15th I think.  What tag did you draw for 578?

Yeah, I just looked and it shows a archery, muzzleloader, and modern firearm season.

I looked and looked and couldn't see it. Now it's like getting hit with a hammer  lol. I don't know what the heck I was looking at. Maybe it was just wishful thinking    That would be some major changes.

Gives him a chance to hunt deer there in a late season in an area that otherwise does not have a late season.

I've seen nice deer in the unit never that big. Couple more weeks I'll be looking hard for any of his immediate relatives.
