saving skin

hi folks
what do you do with bear skin after you take it off in order to save it before giving to cedar river guy?    :)

Thanks! I have large freezer. I read also others scrap fat off the skin and put salt on it

no pics
I am just game planning - definitely want to save the fur :)
the only bear I saw was the one my partner spooked early sept and it ran away
calling so far brought no luck. will try another call next week
